if you have received a quote for your project, and are ready to begin:
STEP #1 - dlc requires a 50% deposit on all design and print projects before the design work begins. For website projects, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the balance before we begin design work.

we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for payment. You can pay in person by setting an appointment to come in and pay, or by mailing payment to us at the address found on the Contact Page. If you would like to pay by credit card you can do so by emailing the money to info@diamondloungecreative.com through PayPal or by downloading the Credit Card Authorization Form and faxing it to 404.685.9151.

STEP #2 - dlc needs ALL text, images and design specifications/ideas BEFORE we begin designing your project. You can submit these via email or disk. All text must be submitted in electronic format. We will charge extra to type up any copy submitted in hard format. You can mail a cd to the address listed on the Contact Page or set an appointment to bring everything in.

STEP #3 - once we have received the deposit and job specs, we will contact you to confirm receipt and discuss your project. At that time we will also confirm the turnaround time and delivery date.
